United Group is thrilled to welcome Gabriella Uccellini as Senior Managing Director for United Group's Finance Department! As Senior Managing Director, Gabriella will be responsible for reviewing development financing and modeling, assisting in debt and equity placement, refinancing, acquisition analysis and interaction with United Group's Broker Dealer, MCM Securities, LLC.

Jennifer Flanders has joined National Grid as a Principal Account Manager. She will help lead the external customer engagement strategy for National Grid's commercial development key sector—enabling strategic partnerships within Massachusetts to meet customers’ energy needs and advance the clean energy vision. The National Grid key sector account management team develops strategic plans with their largest customers and developers on energy efficiency and electric vehicle programs, decarbonization, and infrastructure planning. Jen is excited to utilize her background in building engineering, construction, and due diligence within the utility space.

Congratulations to CREW Boston Member Dianne Crocker, who was recently named LightBox’s Research Director. In this role, she is responsible for leading the creation, research and analysis of LightBox’s line of market research reports, including the monthly CRE Activity Index.

Colleen O’Connor becomes Executive Vice President, Market Lead, East Coast & UK Markets after serving as Senior Vice President, Leasing, East Coast & UK Markets. Since joining BioMed in 2014, Ms. O’Connor has elevated the Company’s profile by establishing trusted relationships in the real estate and life sciences communities. In her expanded role, Ms. O’Connor will oversee leasing and operations across the East Coast and UK markets.

Makella Houdagba has joined Colliers International's Boston office as a Research Analyst. Colliers is a global CRE firm with a variety of services. Makella brings her diverse background in real estate with experience from CBRE, Iron Mountain, Bozzuto, and AvalonBay Communities. She is excited to bring passion for data, storytelling, and commercial real estate to the research team. Makella recently graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Honors Sawyer Business School. She will be continuing her education at Northeastern University as she pursues her MBA part - time.

Genesis AEC welcomes Cynthia Gibson Murphy – a seasoned architect, project manager and lighting designer with 20+ years' experience – as their regional Director of Architecture. With expertise spanning cleanrooms, manufacturing facilities, healthcare, real estate development, building repositioning, and infrastructure upgrades, she will oversee the delivery of architectural services at Genesis, guiding New England clients through the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction.
