Mission CREW Boston’s Women of Color group is a safe space for women of color and allies in the commercial real estate industry to share lived experiences, collaborate, ideate, and do business. In response to the historical underrepresentation of women of color in commercial real estate, this group will empower, uplift, and cultivate leaders through strategic: Advocacy to dismantle barriers to entry to commercial real estate; Professional development and mentorship to equip the next generation of leaders in the industry; Networking to build social capital and expand career opportunities and access to resources. Vision We envision a commercial real estate industry that attracts and retains women of color by valuing and prioritizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through intentional interventions that generate sustainable long-term change.
